In our production there is a modern line for selection of
fruit by the color and diameter, and packed to satisfy
requirements of the buyer.
- Fruit and grape brandy We are producing brandies
on traditional, natural way in the cellar arised
at the beginning of 19th century.
Besides widewing the capacity for production of
fruit brandies, we plan to re-start the
production of wine.
AIF “JUZNI BANAT “a.d.
has its own factory for production of wooden
cases for packaging of fruit and grapes. A
factory annually produces about 1.000.000 pieces
of apple-cases and about 1.200.000 pieces of
hollandez.

Us
PIK »Južni Banat«a.d. is founded on January 1st
1960. Basic production of the company is growing fruit and
grapevines. Apart from this activity company is involved
producing of plant materials, wooden packaging for fruit and
grapevines, storing goods in cold storage plants and
production of fruit and grape brandy.
PIK »Južni Banat«a.d. stretches on 1830 acres, under
long-standing plants it has about 600 acres of fruit ad
about 155 acres of vineyards. Each year on plantations of PIK »Južni Banat«a.d. around 16.000 tons of various fruit and
about 1.600 tons of wine and table grapes are collected.
Following sortiments of fruit and grapevines are present:

apple with following sortiment: Jonagold, Star
Crimson, Melrose, Belgolden, Golden Delicious, Idared,
Granny Smith, Richared,Vista Bella, Molice Delicious, El
Star, Gloster,
- pear with following sortiment: William, Krasanka;
- peach and nectarine: with following sortiment:
Spring Gold, Spring Crest, Early Red Heaven, Red Heaven,
Royal Glory, Bing Top, Early Sun Grand, Suncrest, Crest
Heaven, Fayet, Summerset, Silver King, My Grand, Rita Star,
Caldezi, Morsiani;
- wine grapes with following sortiment: Rayna’s
Riesling, Zupljanka,
- eatable grapes with following sortiment: White and
Red Shasla, Muscat Humburg, Moldova;
- plum with following sortiment: Stenley, Cacanska
lepotica.

Bela
Crkva is located in the south-east part of Banat and is
bounders with Romanian state border with river Nera and
canal Danube – Tisa – Danube.
Terrain configuration on where are
fruit and grapevine plants is rolling with great possibility
for taking sun and as such is idle for fruit and grapevine
production. In the town and surrounding area there are no
pollutant industry, so it can be classified as ecologically
pure area.
